We went there for the emergency service. We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Kühnel. She took plenty of time and explained everything thoroughly. She was truly very friendly, and I felt my cat and I were in good hands. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended!! I took our young dachshund there because he had an open abscess. Despite the waiting room being full, they helped me and offered an alternative appointment to see the dog the same day. We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Katrin Kühnel and Dr. Christian Kühnel for years and couldn't wish for better care. I would especially like to emphasize how respectful and unprejudiced they both are with my dogs. Since our breed unfortunately often suffers from traits resulting from selective breeding for health problems, it is incredibly important for us as owners to encounter understanding rather than accusations. Here, the animals are treated with respect, and the medical support is always geared towards maintaining the best possible quality of life. Even when one of our dogs had to pass away, Dr. Christian Kühnel accompanied us with the empathy and dignity that one could only wish for in such a difficult moment. This meant a great deal to us. Now a new little four-legged friend has joined our family. Although we were only at the practice for an initial consultation and to get acquainted, they took ample time for us. We received many valuable tips and tricks for getting started, which is absolutely not something to be taken for granted. A big thank you also goes to the nurses, who are always friendly and always ready to help us. Anyone looking for a professionally competent and personally wonderful practice will be in the best hands with the Kühnels and their team!
