We took our dog to Jana Giesel's veterinary practice and felt very comfortable there from the start. The reception was warm and very empathetic, and our dog was examined with great care and attention. It was important to us to find someone who takes their time and treats our dog with empathy – and that's exactly what happened here. We asked many questions, and all were answered patiently and clearly. You can tell that the animals are the focus here and are in loving, competent hands. Even though we have a longer drive, we gladly make the trip because we feel well cared for at this practice. We are aware that medicine can't do everything, especially for older animals. That's why it's so important to find a practice that is both technically competent and compassionate. That's exactly the impression we got here. A clear recommendation from us 👍
