We feel very comfortable at Dr. Thomas's practice. Both Dr. Thomas and her entire team are always friendly and in good spirits, and there's always time for a little chat. The animals' well-being is their top priority. We always feel understood, well cared for, and competently informed. Dr. Thomas is always available to offer advice, whether in person, by phone, or by email. This gives us peace of mind and ensures we get quick answers. Our two cats feel comfortable at the practice whenever it's time for a visit. And even when our youngest little cat is a rascal and is up to mischief again, and we think we'll have to "bother" Dr. Thomas again, I always get the feeling that she takes it with humor, even if she hears our name a lot. 😜 All in all, I can say that we all feel very well cared for and treated at Dr. Thomas's practice. Dr. Thomas is the best veterinarian in all of Brandenburg. She and her entire team are competent and empathetic. The practice is always neat and clean. Anyone who cares about their pet should go to this veterinarian!

The team is very friendly and immediately helpful. I called at 8:00 a.m. and got an appointment that same day at 9:45 a.m. The consultation and the way my cat was treated were very thorough and kind. I highly recommend this practice.

We've been taking our dog to Dr. Thomas's practice for several years. The practice is a new building, very nicely and functionally furnished. The team is incredibly friendly and handles the animals with great care. This is incredibly reassuring, especially when you have to leave your pet there. They are very well organized; appointments can be made online or by phone, and they work paperlessly, which is fantastic. At the beginning of our treatment, Kalle had allergic problems that were severely affecting him. Kalle had already been treated, but all the therapies were ineffective. Dr. Thomas meticulously and with great compassion searched for the cause, taking a comprehensive approach. After some time, Kalle's health steadily improved, and now he is almost symptom-free, at least during the winter. It's wonderful that this practice exists, and we hope it stays that way for a long time. Thank you.
