Very friendly. I was able to come in spontaneously on a Saturday. Calmly, thoughtfully, and with patience, she found the awn. Addendum: I had to take him back the following week; there was a new awn in the same paw. And it was another first-class treatment. Thank you so much.

Although we only visited the practice a few times for treatment, we still want to express our sincere gratitude and highly recommend them. The practice has a fantastic location, right next to a bus stop, with additional parking on the premises. Appointments are incredibly easy to book via the app, and subsequent contact by phone was always very friendly, with emails also being answered promptly. Dr. Reipert and her team are absolutely competent, pleasant, and genuine people whose love for animals is simply evident. Even though our Nele didn't exactly make it easy for them, we couldn't have imagined a better veterinarian for her last visit. Thank you so much! 🌈❤️
