My absolute favorite vet. It starts with the veterinary assistants, who are very competent and approachable. The layout of the waiting room is also excellent. Here, dogs and cats don't have to wait together in one room, but can wait separately and stress-free. The waiting room is bright, welcoming, and designed with both the animal and its owner in mind. When you enter Dr. Reipert's office, you are always greeted warmly, as are your four-legged friends! No one is forced to get on the examination table; if it's not possible, the examination is simply done on the floor! Dr. Reipert explains every step she takes, her diagnoses, and any possible next steps. A wonderful example of her kindness: I had to take my dog ​​Wilma there in the summer of 2024 for an IV. I was offered the option of going to a separate room with her to "get through" the IV there. You can tell that the dog and its well-being are the top priority here. ... Even after her office hours, Ms. Reipert takes care of various matters, makes phone calls, seeks further opinions, and then immediately sends the new information by email. The invoices are clearly itemized, so that in an emergency, it would be possible to prove which medications were administered beforehand. Appointments can be easily booked online, and waiting times are usually very short, even with short notice. P.S. Although we only visited the practice a few times for treatment, we still want to express our sincere gratitude and highly recommend them. The practice has a fantastic location, right next to a bus stop, with additional parking on the premises. Appointments are incredibly easy to book via the app, and subsequent contact by phone was always very friendly, with emails also being answered promptly. Dr. Reipert and her team are absolutely competent, pleasant, and genuine people whose love for animals is simply evident.
