I have been taking my pets to the Kräker practice for years, and we have always received help there with a lot of heart and empathy. Whether it is Dr. Selbst or the staff, they are always friendly and professional. No matter what your question is, everything is explained in detail in a way that everyone can understand. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars, but 1 million wouldn't be enough. THANK YOU for the care, no matter how urgent the emergency. I think that for everyone there, it is not just a job but a real calling - at least that is my personal opinion.
A really great team, no rush, and even though we weren't regular patients, we were able to stay. The wait time was perfectly acceptable for an unannounced appointment. I highly recommend the practice.
