The entire communication process was excellent from the very beginning – friendly, clear, and very empathetic. It's immediately apparent that they work with calm and professionalism. The pleasant and relaxed atmosphere gives you, as the owner, the reassurance that your horse is in the best possible hands. My mare had a squamous cell carcinoma (tumor) removed from her left eye. The procedure went very well, and the aftercare was also discussed thoroughly and clearly.
