A friendly, empathetic doctor and equally wonderful and dedicated staff. We feel very well cared for and supported there. Even in the worst-case scenario (euthanasia), they are very compassionate, and a home visit is never too much trouble. We give the doctor and her team 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yesterday, my husband brought home a stray cat from a car repair shop. It later turned out that she had a severe infection and a bilateral pelvic fracture. Today, we took the cat to the veterinary clinic, hoping the doctors could save her life. However, we were very disappointed with the treatment and the staff's attitude. Instead of showing compassion and concern for the animal, we felt like they were just trying to rack up more costs. In the end, they said the pelvis needed to be stabilized, but because of the infection, no one wanted to perform the surgery. We find it hard to understand why they didn't try everything possible to save the cat. We paid 370 euros, and in the end, the cat was euthanized. This has devastated us. The cat was a stray, and precisely for that reason, we would have appreciated more compassion and understanding. I myself have six cats and have been regularly supporting an animal shelter with monthly donations for six years. I even received a thank-you letter once. After this experience, however, I am very disappointed and wonder if my support is still making any difference. It pains me to see that animals are often not treated, but instead euthanized.

This practice is only interested in money. I was at my friend's house with my cat, and she got into a fight with other cats outside. She was badly injured and could barely move. We went straight to the practice where the vet gave her an injection. Later, her condition worsened, so she was given even more medication. In the end, the vet said the cat should be euthanized because he didn't know what else he could do. We immediately went to another veterinary practice where the cat received the correct medication and a proper diagnosis (infection). The cat is now home and doing well. I wonder why this practice is even still operating?! It should have been shut down long ago, and the vet's license should be revoked! This isn't a veterinary practice; it's animal cruelty!

The best veterinary practice I know! Everyone is very friendly, kind, and accommodating, and they have a huge love for animals. They take their time, and I never feel like I'm being ripped off. We've been taking our little toy poodle, Monty, there since he was 9 weeks old, and I have to say, for anyone looking for a really good vet, this is the place to go. A huge thank you to everyone who works there and is always so kind, friendly, and helpful.

Due to an emergency, I had to take my rabbit to a vet because our regular one was too full and couldn't accept my little one. The Lafarré veterinary practice offered me immediate access without hesitation—albeit with a wait—which I was absolutely happy and happy to accept. We were seen quite quickly, although my rabbit had to go through a somewhat lengthy procedure. All the staff, including and especially Dr. Lafarré, were incredibly kind, very attentive, and competent. My questions were always answered thoroughly and thoughtfully, and I was informed about everything and every single step. Everyone took excellent care of my little one, and I knew he was in good hands. I hadn't expected such a positive experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend the entire team and will now switch to them myself, as I haven't been this satisfied anywhere else. I wish the whole team all the best and can't thank them enough for the fantastic service they provided today—and every single day. ♡
