Super service
There is never a long wait, and personal is very friendly (except one scary German lady at reception 😬). Doctors are great, and we work with two doctors, both are great and speak good English!
We brought our cats for vaccinations, and they greeted us with two unfriendly women who only told us to close the door. I would never leave my cats with such heartless people again. It was a terrible experience, never again, absolutely terrible.
We took our husky to the vet today after she had an epileptic seizure. Everything went very smoothly after we called ahead to schedule an appointment. The team and Dr. Platzbecker examined her thoroughly and efficiently, and even removed the stitches quickly. We highly recommend this vet. Thanks again.
