About four weeks ago, I made an appointment for our dog with Dr. Merbitz via WhatsApp. When I arrived at the practice today, everything appeared to be in place so that the appointment with our doctor would still be held. We were called in and treated by Ms. Gebhart; she was very nice and competent. I pointed out in the treatment room that we had an appointment with Dr. Merbitz. Despite everything, I would have liked it if we had been informed of this and could have asked if it was okay. Otherwise, there is no need to make an appointment.
