We were always quite satisfied in the past. Unfortunately, for some time now there has been a certain turnover of veterinarians, which has a negative impact on diagnoses, patients, and their owners' wallets. We recently took our seriously ill cat there, and saw Dr. Pohl. She very proudly diagnosed our pet with a heart defect—great! Had she read our pet's file, she would have known that this diagnosis had been in place for more than two years, along with several other chronic illnesses. Since Dr. Pohl had now discovered these, she clung to them and explained what we should do, quickly pushing the bill into the four-figure range. Because we knew our pet and had been observing the symptoms for some time, including a nighttime visit to the emergency vet a week prior, we brought up the topic of euthanasia, at which point she immediately shut down and said she wanted to perform the aforementioned examinations first. After a dull discussion, we left and drove to the practice where the emergency examination was already underway. There, the vet took his time and examined our pet without prejudice. After a simple test to see if she could urinate, bloody urine flowed across the table. Kidney failure with damage to the other organs. She was finally able to be euthanized with dignity. As for Dr. Pohl, all I can say is, why don't you try using stones or Dr. Oetker's products? 👎 A complete disaster!

When my dog injured herself while playing, we went to the veterinary practice. As an emergency case, we had to wait briefly. My dog was in a lot of pain, and when we entered the treatment room, Dr. Klug was already sitting on the floor to greet and comfort her. She had me explain the condition and the injury, and then she worked her "magic hands" on my dog. Even during the treatment, I could tell from my dog's behavior that it was helping; the pain lessened somewhat, and towards the end, she was able to move much better. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Klug.
