First time I came was for a micro ship for my cat, I payed over 50. Because I thought it's very expensive, for my other cat I decided to call another veterinary in Frankfurt, there I payed 30! Then I was looking for a financing for the sterilisation, someone found me a solution but the condition was to go to main Taunus vet, cause I didn't have to pay I thought it's ok... But first we had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment cause the vet was sick, well, but wenn we finally arrived at this appointment for the check up before operation the vet was not there and nobody called me! I had a 2nd for the operation 3 days later, they were supposed to call me to tell me what about since my cat had no check up but no one did, I had to go again to ask, they told me to come anyway for the operation, so I had to keep the cat inside without eating, but my cat was sadly sick. New appointment 5 days later... Again keeping the cat inside without eating... And they said they messed up the appointment she cannot be operated and no appointments possible before a week, with again a new check up before?!? Like it's super easy to keep a cat locked inside without food, she scratched the window the whole night for nothing and I couldn't sleep when I'm 9 months pregnant and the vet knows it! We also got no info from what time is she supposed to stop the food, the medication she got was in a random seringue I don't know what I gave her. Worst experience ever, find another vet !

Today was my first time at this veterinary practice with my older dog, whom I adopted from the animal shelter, and I must say I was very pleased. My dog ​​and I feel very well cared for. She received excellent and loving care, everything was explained, and any questions were answered competently. I am extremely satisfied – a great practice! 😃

I'm currently at the vet's office with my Doberman and incredibly grateful that I was able to get an appointment on short notice. They really took their time. The vet is very friendly, very respectful, and patient with me, even though I was a bit nervous and impatient. No one else had really been able to help my dog. But here, they gave him a proper examination. I just want to say thank you to the whole team and especially to the wonderful vet.
