Called many vets before choosing dr Hering-Steier , and I can say that didn’t disappoint at all . I went there to get a EU pet passport for my dog and everything was done in less than 10 min . Very friendly , knowledgeable and responsible vet , she certainly knew the regulations for issuing a pet passport and it was a very decent price compared to other clinics who insisted I had to do again the rabies vaccine at their clinic ( although my dog just had a rabies vaccine done 10 days before ) and for a double price . I’ll definitely come back again .

I was very worried and stressed when I entered the veterinary practice with my cat. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable at all with the vet. She seemed very rude and passive-aggressive from the start. Furthermore, the examination room had a strong and unpleasant smell of cat urine; the odor was rancid and made the experience very distressing. While the actual examination was performed, the atmosphere was very unfriendly and lacked empathy. As a pet owner concerned about my animal's well-being, I didn't feel taken seriously. I hope that in the future, more emphasis will be placed on friendliness and empathy when dealing with concerned pet owners.
