The veterinarian arrived at her practice within 20 minutes of my call on a Sunday to examine our injured cat immediately. She then personally called several animal hospitals (none of them had much-needed capacity for emergencies) and, with great effort and persistence, arranged for our cat to be admitted immediately. Perfect care and a huge help in a stressful situation!
