In two emergencies, we tried unsuccessfully to reach them. Despite the "emergency service" designation, no contact was possible. After the last failed attempt, our dog died on the way to the veterinary clinic. In other cases, our dog was injured while having its nails trimmed. Our neighbors had similar experiences. Empathy is no substitute for a well-equipped practice.
We've taken our two cats to Dr. Mayda many times. We think she's a fantastic vet. Everything she recommended has helped. She quickly diagnoses what's wrong with the animal and is very gentle with them. Highly recommended. We only go to her now.
