We recently moved and we’re looking for a new Veterinarian for our dog. Tierarztpraxis Münzenberg was highly recommended by our neighbor. The first time we went was unfortunately an emergency with our dog, but we were so welcomed, felt so loved and cared for, that all my fears went away really quick. I immediately knew I was the right place. All the staff is very friendly and they were kind to speak to me in English. The veterinarian is just amazing. She explains everything really well, gives us several options, presents the data and gives her honest opinion, always considering the well being of the dog. They even called two days after for a follow up to know if my dog was still in pain and if we needed anything. Best experience I have ever had with veterinarians here in Germany. Prices are fair, very clean, lovely place and efficient staff. Definitely recommend.

A truly fantastic practice. We switched our two dogs there and received a very warm welcome. The location is lovely and comfortable, and our veterinarian, Dr. Zorn, took a lot of time with us, which we really appreciate. She's calm, understanding, and very empathetic towards both the animals and their owners. The assistant, who's always there, is also great! Test results are communicated by phone and sent via email. Overall, we're very happy with the practice and highly recommend it. Kalle & Franz recommend it too! 😜
