We brought our cat Balou to the vet today as an emergency and felt incredibly well cared for from the very beginning. The vet was very empathetic, calm, and took plenty of time with us. Balou was thoroughly examined (ultrasound and palpation), everything was explained clearly, and we were taken seriously – that was very reassuring. You can immediately tell how competent and caring the vet is with both animals and people. Thanks to the quick and professional help, Balou now has the right medication, and we feel reassured. Highly recommended! 🐾❤️

We were put through to the vet today during emergency hours after our dog ate some chocolate. She answered the phone immediately and said she would head straight to the practice. After a 40-minute drive, she was already waiting for us and immediately took care of our dog. Within 20 minutes, our dog had vomited everything up, and she was given medication to stop the vomiting, at which point she was out of danger. She was incredibly empathetic, friendly, and exuded an indescribable calm. She gave us some helpful advice, and despite the late hour, she was happy to have a friendly chat. We left the practice feeling grateful, completely at ease, and with our dog healthy. We highly recommend her.

We came to the practice today for the first time via the emergency service. Our dog Lotti has a nasty ear infection that couldn't wait. Within just a few minutes, we felt we were in excellent hands. The veterinarian is an extremely friendly and empathetic person. Beyond the treatment, we also received very helpful training and nutrition advice.
