Dr. Barchewitz is not only an exceptionally skilled veterinarian, but also, and this is not something to be taken for granted these days, possesses great empathy for both people and animals. Every time I took my dog ​​to her with his health problems, she went to great lengths to find the cause of the illness, treat it correctly, and provide the animal with everything it needed. Unfortunately, we had to have our Jerry put down due to a serious illness. Dr. Barchewitz provided us with such emotional support during this decision and its implementation that we were able to let our dog go peacefully. We will always be grateful to her for that.

We came to the practice today for the first time via the emergency service. Our dog Lotti has a nasty ear infection that couldn't wait. Within just a few minutes, we felt we were in excellent hands. The veterinarian is an extremely friendly and empathetic person. Beyond the treatment, we also received very helpful training and nutrition advice. We brought our cat Balou to the vet today as an emergency and felt incredibly well cared for from the very beginning. The vet was very empathetic, calm, and took plenty of time with us. Balou was thoroughly examined (ultrasound and palpation), everything was explained clearly, and we were taken seriously – that was very reassuring. You can immediately tell how competent and caring the vet is with both animals and people. Thanks to the quick and professional help, Balou now has the right medication, and we feel reassured.
