We are on vacation on the island of Rügen and unfortunately our dog (a Bolonka) became ill, so we decided to find a veterinarian. After a short search online, we came across the practice of Ms. Julia Dobrowohl. After a brief phone call, we were able to get an appointment immediately without any hassle. We received a very friendly welcome at the appointment. Ms. Dobrowohl and her assistant first familiarized themselves with our dog, which, in our opinion, made the subsequent treatment easier. The diagnosis was made after several examinations. We were thoroughly informed about the findings, and of course, we also received medication. Since I don't want to beat around the bush any longer, here is our assessment: A very friendly team and highly competent. We often vacation on Rügen and will use this practice again if needed. Thank you again, and please keep up the good work with you and your staff. By the way, our dog is feeling better again. He spent the whole day looking for the ladies again today, so everything is back to normal. ... My wife and I wish you both all the very best.

We received a very friendly welcome, although our furry friend was reluctant to cross the threshold. Once we finally made it to the examination room, we weren't told, as is usually the case, to "put the dog on the table." Instead, the problem and the reason for the visit were discussed in detail. Our dog had plenty of time to settle in and was then quite relaxed, considering the circumstances. For us, it was simply a perfect start! Now we're following all the vet's instructions and are already looking forward to our next visit.
