Many thanks to the practice for their great empathy, excellent explanations, and especially for their time. My dog ​​and I visited the practice for the first time today. We received a very friendly welcome, although our furry friend was reluctant to cross the threshold. Once we finally made it to the examination room, we weren't told, as is usually the case, to "put the dog on the table." Instead, the problem and the reason for the visit were discussed in detail. Our dog had plenty of time to settle in and was then quite relaxed, considering the circumstances. For us, it was simply a perfect start! Now we're following all the vet's instructions and are already looking forward to our next visit.

So, we have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Whenever we had an emergency, we were always seen quickly, and our dog Freya was always lovingly cared for. She has a very calm demeanor, which our little girl appreciates, and the staff is always courteous. I also like that the practice seems to schedule its appointments so that too many animals never cross paths, to avoid confrontations. Highly recommended!
