Always friendly and helpful. Shares insights and options freely so each pet owner can make they own best judgements. I trust them and am so happy to have found them on this little island.
Today we had to take our mother's dog to the vet's office because of a recurring anal gland infection. One phone call was all it took; even the initial conversation was very pleasant and friendly. We set off feeling confident. Upon arrival, we were told to wait outside while a companion checked in inside using a QR code. With a pager in our pocket, we were then dismissed waiting outside. There was plenty of parking available. Once inside, we received a very warm welcome from the vet. A truly lovely fellow, immediately on a first-name basis, which we really appreciated. After a thorough examination, he took care of everything that needed to be done very thoroughly. Very empathetic towards both people and animals, simply wonderful. Highly recommended, and if we had to go back, we would. Great team, both in the consultation rooms and at reception.
