I've been taking my cats to the Steinbach-Pfau family for a very long time. I'm always satisfied. They are both very empathetic in their interactions with the animals and their owners. I also appreciate that they have set office hours, which gives me flexibility. And if something more extensive comes up, I can simply arrange an appointment outside of those hours.

Very compassionate; I had to have my dog ​​put down on Saturday. She was immediately reachable by phone. A very kind veterinarian. The week before, she was also there for us at night when I needed help, even though I had just moved here and simply called a vet.

A very good veterinarian who always takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and is always ready to help. Appointments are also available at short notice, which is really convenient. The entire team is friendly and competent. We feel very well cared for there and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

My sister has been going to this practice for years, and that's why we've been going there for over a year now. We're very satisfied. Ms. Pfau always takes her time, is very empathetic, and has great understanding for complicated and overly anxious owners like me! 😅 She cares for our dwarf rabbits and now also our dog, who is very anxious, but he too has quickly gained confidence.
