I have had Dr. Krause as a competent and well-connected veterinarian for both routine (dental, general examination) and emergency situations (esophageal obstruction), and I was very grateful for that. Dr. Krause always acted quickly when necessary and explained all the options. She exudes a calm demeanor and isn't too proud to refer patients to colleagues with more expertise in the relevant area. I'm happy to have her as my veterinarian and advisor for my elderly (27-year-old) gelding. I conveniently book elective appointments online, and of course, Dr. Krause is available by phone for emergencies.

Extremely friendly, highly professional, takes his time and remains calm and patient even with a somewhat difficult horse. Dental treatments are always very thorough, using an endoscope; abnormalities are examined and treated meticulously instead of just a quick rasp. Highly recommended.

Especially in stressful and anxiety-inducing moments, such as colic, she is an absolute rock. She immediately conveys a sense of security, always finds the right words, and takes you and your concerns completely seriously. My senior horse, Libi, is also incredibly grateful to have her as his vet. A vet with heart, mind, and a genuine understanding of animals. Five stars aren't enough—a heartfelt recommendation!
