There aren't enough stars I could give. I'm so grateful to Dr. Platzbecker. She took wonderful care of my cat Theo, and the little guy pulled through. In just a few days, he went from pneumonia with fluid in his lungs, unable to move, to a lively and almost healthy cat. Overall, I've always been extremely satisfied, and my animals have always been in excellent hands there, no matter what their condition.

I am absolutely appalled by this veterinary practice. Yesterday I called and asked for help for our 17-year-old dog (he was very ill) and for euthanasia. They actually told me I needed an appointment, even though our dog was a patient at that practice. The same thing happened to me last April at this practice; I was also asked to make an appointment. This vet is unbelievable! But thankfully, we found a very kind vet in Kreuzau who euthanized our dog without any problems. And we are incredibly grateful. I will never recommend this practice to any animal again. 0000000 points... One star is still too much.
