Reviews
My precious cat was getting vaccineter.
I do not recommend this veterinary clinic. My experience with the attending veterinarian was disconcerting. He exhibited an unprofessional demeanor, providing inadequate communication, and showed roughness towards our dog who was suffering from stomach issues. Upon entering the consultation room, the vet initiated a forceful examination of our dog. His hasty approach, coupled with his failure to inform me about the procedure, left both me and my pet in a state of distress. The dog reacted negatively towards the vet's handling, leading to the application of a muzzle. This all occurred before I had time to finish describing the symptoms and recent medical history. To be clear, I have no issues with the use of muzzles. I recognize their necessity for safety reasons, and I acknowledge the challenges of communication, particularly as my German isn't proficient enough for medical discussions. However, my expectation was that a vet would at least attempt to mitigate the situation, making it less stressful for both the pet and the person. Unfortunately, this vet made no such effort. He barely acknowledged me, asked no questions for clarity on the symptoms I described, and failed to communicate his intentions or his tentative diagnosis. My queries about his actions and potential causes for our dog's condition were met with indifference and were finally answered by his assistant with a terse summary in English. The entire experience left me with the distinct impression that the vet was disinterested in fostering a calm environment for animals and ensuring owners were well-informed. Successful medical treatment requires both compassion and clear communication, and I strongly feel that our experience lacked both. I urge potential clients to reconsider their options before selecting this clinic.
Excellent service!
I've been a client of this veterinary practice for over 20 years. All our dogs, big and small, have always received excellent advice and treatment. Of course, there have been times when the wait was longer, but there have also been appointments when the waiting room was empty. It always depends on the day and time. The only downside is that they can sometimes be difficult to reach by phone, but that's understandable given their limited staff. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian!
Already 2 years I go here with my cats. Always perfect service, really friendly and professional doctors.
