I've taken my puppy to Ms. Duda's three times so far, and she always took the time to help him get used to his new surroundings. She was also very friendly on the phone beforehand. Thank you!
I can't comment on their competence, unfortunately, but I can certainly speak to their willingness to help animals in need. I went there with our seriously ill dog and would have liked to pay for the treatment a week later. Unfortunately, it was refused, and I had to leave with my dog empty-handed. Thankfully, we found another veterinarian in Wienhausen who took on our problem. Our dog has bladder cancer. Never again...not even in the direst of circumstances. Animal welfare or money...that is the question.
Today was my first time there with my cat, and I received a very friendly welcome! Since my cat suffers from epilepsy and requires special treatment, we were able to clarify this via email before the appointment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
I've had dogs for many years and, due to numerous moves, have encountered many veterinarians. No one was like Dr. Duda. We immediately felt welcome there. Dr. Duda takes her time with each patient individually, without pressure, and provides competent and thorough advice – even in difficult situations. A veterinarian with heart and soul, highly recommended!
Dr. Duda is the best. I lost faith in my old veterinary practice. A dear colleague recommended Dr. Duda to me. It was the best switch I could have made. I have a dog I need to take to the vet quite often. No matter how busy or empty the waiting room is, she always takes her time with all her patients. Amazing! Heike and Nala
