I took my dog ​​to this practice and I'm really very satisfied. The vet was exceptionally kind, took her time, and had excellent suggestions. You could immediately tell that they work with a great deal of expertise and genuine care. My dog ​​usually dislikes vet visits, so it was all the more impressive how calmly, confidently, and sensitively the entire team handled him. They were very attentive to his needs, creating a calm and safe atmosphere for him. The team was consistently friendly, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly. We felt very well cared for. Highly recommended!

I can't praise the practice of Dr. Sieme & Kätzel, and especially Dr. Kätzel, enough. In an extremely difficult emergency situation, where other veterinarians unfortunately couldn't or wouldn't help us, she immediately came to our aid with incredible expertise. Dr. Kätzel kept a cool head and saved my pet's life. In addition to her medical skill, she was incredibly empathetic and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I was there today with my cat, who sadly had to be put down. Everyone was so kind and took their time, even though the practice was very busy. I felt very well cared for there. I've also been there a few times with my dog, and everything was great there too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I took my 13-year-old male dog there before Christmas; he needed to have an ulcer removed from his leg. The vet was very rough and indifferent towards my dog, as if to say, "He's old, he can go." After two days, his condition deteriorated drastically, and on the afternoon of December 25th, he collapsed. We had to go to the emergency clinic near the train station. There, they discovered a large tumor in his abdomen, which the vet at the aforementioned clinic should have detected with a proper examination. Even for me, as a layperson, the tumor was clearly visible on the X-ray. The upshot of that day was that we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog. My conclusion: I wouldn't even take a rubber duck to that clinic for treatment.
