Even though, sadly, nothing more could be done for my cat in the end, I wholeheartedly recommend this small animal practice. From the very first moment, I felt incredibly well cared for by the entire team. Everyone was empathetic, calm, and took their time for both my pet and me. Especially during such an emotionally difficult time, this humane and respectful approach was invaluable. Thank you so much for the loving care and dignified treatment. If I ever get another pet, I will gladly return.

Yesterday, I took my German Shepherd, Neo, to WE la Vet and I'm absolutely thrilled. Neo is a total panic attack patient (thanks to previous vets) and we've unfortunately been to quite a few veterinary practices – so I'm incredibly happy to have found this one. The entire team is simply fantastic: super competent, warm, funny, and incredibly empathetic with the animals. They take you seriously, provide comprehensive information, and truly listen to what you, as the owner, have to say. Neo had to be sedated because he had split his claw almost completely. Despite the situation, everything was handled calmly, professionally, and with so much understanding – we couldn't have asked for better. Many, many thanks to the team at WE la Vet – we finally feel like we're in good hands here and will definitely be back!

Hello, I'm Wilma. A black Labrador puppy 🐾 I'm still a puppy and only 13 weeks old. I've been here twice already: once for my vaccinations and another time because I had a tummy ache. I didn't have an appointment for my tummy ache, but they were able to squeeze me in without any fuss, which was a huge help. Each time, I received a warm welcome and wonderful care. The entire team is incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable; you can tell immediately, even as a dog. And very importantly: the treats are really delicious, I have to mention that! 😉 We were particularly impressed by the respectful atmosphere at this practice. They don't just focus on the happy moments, but also on the difficult ones. In the waiting room, a candle was lit and a small sign was placed to indicate that someone was saying goodbye to their pet. They asked for quiet and consideration, which was very dignified and touching. My dog ​​parents and I feel we are in excellent hands here. Just before Christmas, we had to take our cat to the emergency vet in the middle of the night. As you can imagine, we were at our wits' end at 2 a.m. Even on the phone, the truly knowledgeable and friendly vet was able to help us and welcomed us without hesitation. During the examination and treatment, she quickly put both us and our cat at ease and provided excellent advice and care. Now, more than a week has passed, and our feline friend is doing well again. Since I've only ever been to the practice as an emergency patient, I can't comment on appointment scheduling or the staff, but my first impression was more than positive.
