Do I always need an appointment to visit the practice?

Please always schedule an appointment by phone or through our online booking system before your visit. This enables us to plan optimally and noticeably reduces waiting times for you and your pet.

Are there parking facilities at the practice and is the entrance accessible?

Yes, a large parking lot belonging directly to the practice is available right in front of the entrance. Thanks to ground-level access, the reception area is also easily accessible without steps.

Does the practice also offer home visits?

As a rule, we do not offer home visits because the extensive diagnostic and therapeutic facilities of our practice are needed on-site. In justified exceptional cases, however, this is sometimes possible by prior arrangement.

How is care handled in urgent emergencies outside opening hours?

If your pet has an emergency outside our consultation hours, you can find out which emergency service practice is on duty in the area by calling our telephone number.

The staff are friendly, helpful and above all caring when it comes to a pet who stresses at the sight of a veterinarian practise. Highly recommended. We travel 15km to this specific veterinarian practise with our loved one.

Have just moved to Celle. I have a cat with an immune disease, and need a vet I can trust. That is these guys. Excellent facilities, bright and open reception and waiting room, cheerful staff, very competent and caring doctors. I was very impressed and my cat will be treated by this clinic from here on out.
