A huge thank you to Dr. Hartke and her team!! Despite many other waiting and stressed cats, and without an appointment, they saw us with our little emergency. It's not just their excellent expertise, but also their helpful and very friendly gestures that made us and our cats feel so well cared for. Now we can finally go on our holiday completely relaxed, and for that, Lotti and I would like to thank you most sincerely.
A fantastic team and a fantastic veterinarian; unlike other practices, they don't just prescribe something and call it a day. Ms. Hartke and her team care for each animal individually and thoroughly investigate problems to rule out more serious issues. This is what a good veterinarian should be!
