We were patients at this practice for over 30 years with more than eight different cats. When we called today an hour before closing time, we were turned away. No information was given over the phone, and certainly none in person. "You'll have to go to Erlangen or Nuremberg," they said. They weren't interested in our explanation that our hallway and several rooms were covered in blood. We certainly won't be going there again.

Good practice with friendly and helpful information. The doctor is also very friendly and is very happy about puppies. We feel in good hands. 2 cats and one Labrador

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – The best veterinarian far and wide I'm currently dealing with some health issues with my pets and am incredibly grateful that we have such an exceptional veterinarian supporting us through this difficult time. He not only demonstrates tremendous expertise but, above all, genuine compassion. With every encounter, you can feel that he practices his profession with deep conviction and has a huge heart for animals – and their owners. Today we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, and he came to our home especially for this. His empathetic nature, his calm demeanor, and his respectful support made this difficult moment a little more bearable. We can't thank him enough for that. His team and the other veterinarians also deserve high praise. They are always friendly, understanding, and make you feel like you're not alone. Although I never really enjoy going there – because it's always about the health of my cats or our dog – they always manage to make the visit a little easier, more comforting, and more uplifting. A practice with heart, humanity, and genuine dedication. Highly recommended. ❤️🐾
