We've been taking our two cats to this veterinary practice for eight years. Until now, we've always been very satisfied. When I called today at 5:00 PM to have an acute bladder infection treated, I, as a regular customer, was turned away with the explanation that the vet was overloaded and that I should go to the animal hospital in Nuremberg. It wasn't even possible to stop by briefly to pick up antibiotics or pain medication. That was very kind of the assistant on the phone, who is probably so incompetent as not to know what an acute emergency is. We'll see if we continue to go to this veterinary practice in the future.
We brought our cat Luna in for emergency treatment today, Saturday. What a fantastic team! Everyone was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The medical treatment by Dr. Büttner was excellent. Thank you so much!
A very competent veterinarian. Our three cats received a thorough examination. Everything was explained very well. The veterinarian was very careful to minimize stress for the animals. The assistants were also excellent. We highly recommend this practice.
