today, my wife and I called the clinic to make an appointment for a puppy, but we froze because we heard the doctor swearing at us in Russian, as well as rude political insults directed at Ukrainians. it was shocking and disgusting. we will sue. I definitely do not recommend it.

I went there just because I was told that Russian speaking doctor works there, which is true, but I guess that is the only advantage. The table, where I had to put my dog smelled badly with the pee, the doctor smelled badly with cigarettes, at the end of my visit they were trying to sell me a lot of dog food, which I didn't ask for. I think I would go there only if I lived nearby, otherwise, not very pleasant experience

she took us in last minute in the evening - i was very grateful because the dog had been behaving in ways that really scared me. dog is doing much better now. also the appointment was not expensive at all. thanks a lot!

Very thorough service. They are extremely serious about animal welfare and proper care. They give good advice. Very professional.

Had an emergency visit for my puppy, the Russian woman there was amazingly nice and calm, she checked the puppy thoroughly. The way she handled the dog, you can tell she knows what she is doing. Trustful
