One star is way too much for this practice!!! We moved to Altona two months ago. We had a 20-year-old (yes, unbelievable but true) Labrador named Heinz. Of course, we knew it could happen any day, so I made an appointment with his vet for Monday. But he was really sick on Friday, and we didn't want him to suffer for long. I then called this practice, and they told me, with a bit of snarky snark, that I could get an appointment at 3:15 pm, with a wait outside the door!!!! Yeah, right! Sure! I come with my 20-year-old dog and wait there for two hours in the cold or what? Are they crazy? And NO, I didn't go there 😤 He peacefully fell asleep in my arms 😰 What a great experience with this practice. If I hadn't been so distraught, I would have given them a piece of my mind for their rude behavior 😡
A truly disgusting place. They operated on my dog, and then she had to be euthanized because they botched the operation. Honestly, I should have sued them! Such inhumane people, they made my dog suffer.
