A 5-year-old cat who in 2003 had a life expectancy of only 2 years is now almost 19 years old. My thanks go to Dr. Christian, who has treated my little monster Heidi-Mariechen (who turns into a tiger the moment she sees the practice from outside) for over 13 years, always with great competence and empathy, minimizing stress for both animal and owner. The remaining time with such an old cat and her many long-standing health issues is finite. Until then, Dr. Christian will continue to make all the best decisions. As a cat mom, I also always receive loving emotional support and a great deal of understanding. Thank you for that! Shortly after this review, Heidi-Mariechen crossed the Rainbow Bridge, lovingly cared for. Now Mimmi-Agatha has arrived from Spain, and no one else (except Dr. Rüschhoff) but Dr. Christian will treat her!

I found both doctors to be very competent and dedicated. They often worked long after office hours to ensure each patient received the time they needed. The animals' examinations are very thorough, and as an owner, you are fully informed about all treatment options.

During a routine check-up, the vet squeezed my anxious dog's throat so hard that he almost suffocated and completely emptied his bowels and bladder on the table. Afterwards, the animal was totally lethargic and traumatized and had a very hard time getting back on his feet. She lacks empathy; I wonder if she even likes animals.

We feel very well cared for here. The practice is superbly organized and everyone is very friendly. The prices are perfectly reasonable. The treatment is excellent. You are always given thorough explanations and nothing unnecessary is done. Dr. Christian is our regular vet, but we've also had good experiences with the other doctors. It can get quite busy at times, but after a short walk with the dog, the wait is usually over. Appointments are available for complicated cases; the service is excellent.

I asked Dr. Christian to come to my home to give my cat a peaceful goodbye. She gave him the lethal injection before he was even anesthetized. He tried to get away, even though he couldn't walk anymore. I'll never forget his wide-open eyes. She accused me of misperception. In psychology, this is called gaslighting.
