Reviews
We hardly speak German, but the veterinar explained the sickness of the dog, and then told us the option we could take. The dog we loved died three days later, but we could spend the last 72 hours of the day.
We've been coming to this practice for a number of years with our Greyhound and we always appreciate their attentive care, and knowledge about the special characteristics and quirks that our dog has! All of the doctors at this practice that we've worked with have listened and addressed to our concerns and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our pet!!
it's my first dog, so i was nervous and basically doing what i was told. took me five yours to realize that i'm treated like a child not willing to do his homework. even when done exactly as advised and nothing changed for the better my questions weren't answered properly but instead i got the blame like "you should have done this!" or "told you to do that!". the non-boss staff was mostly nice, but eventually had to call upstream for help and guidance. looks like staff is constantly changing, so it's like new people each visit. place is very clean and close to the train station, which is a plus. edit: the owner's response shows that any criticism was and will be rejected; you pay for the authority here.
The best experience they were friendly, didn’t try to sell me things that my dogs don’t need. Even my dogs feel comfortable with them without knowing them.
This place is fantastic! The vets are so kind and are very knowledgeable, specifically with my wonderful three rats. After going to a different practice here in Hamburg and being given misinformation about rat illnesses and anatomy, l found this veterinary practice and was so very impressed. They are caring and attentive. I highly recommend! 🩷🐭✨
