I took my dog ​​to the emergency vet clinic. Despite the early hour, they allowed me to bring her in because she was in a lot of pain. Mr. Teders was very calm and took great care during the examination, making the correct diagnosis and prescribing the right medication. Thank you again.

The vet there refused to treat my severely injured cat, who was suffering from respiratory distress and had collapsed due to an accident. She spoke to me in a highly inappropriate tone and told me to go to another vet because she wouldn't treat my cat due to a lab test I hadn't consented to two years prior for my guinea pig. The lab test was irrelevant to my guinea pig's recovery, as the infection improved with the prescribed cream. Thus, the vet justified her refusal to treat my severely injured cat by saying that I had "discontinued" the treatment for my guinea pig.

A highly competent veterinarian who doesn't stand still but constantly pursues further training. She takes time for her patients and, if necessary, for their owners as well. We've been seeing her for over 30 years, and every time she's helped our animals, and thus us as well.

Never again... 1.5 years of trial and error with our dog – but what were they even treating him for?! Never mind, they sold us another remedy here and another one there... The vet we're seeing now quickly found the right diagnosis, and our dog is thriving again. Because, lo and behold, it wasn't his age that was making him quieter and slower, but his illness... Thanks for nothing...
