A fantastic and quick phone call with valuable tips over the weekend. Our little Mailo developed conjunctivitis on a Saturday with purulent discharge. Since we haven't had him for very long and he's our first dog, we weren't sure how to react beyond cleaning his eyes regularly. Should we wait until Monday or drive to a distant emergency veterinary clinic? Late that evening, we decided to call the emergency number listed on our vet's website. Ms. Tietje was able to reassure us and tell us how to treat his eye. We then went to the vet later that week, and he said the inflammation was already subsiding. So, thank you so much for the competent and quick remote diagnosis. Who knows how the inflammation would have developed otherwise. Thank you!!!

Our cat had an injured front paw. We were allowed to come in before opening hours. He received prompt care, everything was explained very clearly, and we didn't even have to pay anything extra, even though we were allowed to arrive early. A truly fantastic practice!

I've been searching for years for a veterinarian I feel truly comfortable with – and today I finally found her. Ms. Lena Tietje completely won me over, both professionally and personally.
