TIP TOP
Hello everyone, We're currently on a short break in Wüstensachsen/Ehrenfeld. Our dog broke a claw yesterday (Sunday) and was limping. The nearest emergency room is 60km away. We disinfected and bandaged the paw. This morning we drove straight to the Wasserkuppe veterinary clinic. Unfortunately, they were operating at the time. We were told to be back at 11:00. We waited 15 minutes and were called in. The vet was incredibly friendly, and the staff was lovely. The vet removed the claw, applied a bandage, packed up some bandages, included a boot for wet weather, and gave us tips for the next few days. We were immediately reassured and very well informed. A huge thank you for this wonderful help! We hope to enjoy the rest of our vacation and have no further incidents. And if something does happen... we know where to go!
After our move, it was very important to us to find a great veterinary practice for our three cats. We made an appointment, went the next day, and were thrilled. Friendly, empathetic, and competent. The full range of services. Here, the animal's well-being is the top priority, and it shows. Thank you for your wonderful practice and the excellent care, Dr. Weber! :)
