After a very bad experience at a nearby veterinary clinic – I paid a lot of money, but my pet received hardly any real help – I came across this practice. Here, my cat finally received the help she needed. I was warmly and understandingly welcomed by Dr. Hentges and the entire team, and they acted immediately. All the findings were explained to me clearly, and I always felt that my pet's well-being was their top priority. When my cat refused to eat again the next day, I went back and met Dr. Wendel. He, too, was very dedicated and provided thorough care. I was particularly impressed that both veterinarians worked together to find the cause of the problem. I have never experienced such competence, dedication, and genuine care at any other veterinary practice. My cat truly received the help she needed here. Highly recommended – 100 stars – I will only use this practice in the future!

We always feel very well cared for at this veterinary practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming – both the vets and the staff. We especially appreciate their calm and loving approach to the animals, which makes both humans and animals feel comfortable. The new veterinarian, Ms. Fritsche, is also a real asset to the practice. This was my first time there as an emergency patient. I must say, it's an absolutely lovely and caring practice. The doctor and staff are very kind. They are highly competent, helpful, and have excellent time management skills. We didn't have to wait long. A big thank you to the entire practice team.

I'm very satisfied with the treatment, the doctors, and all the staff. They're friendly, helpful, appointments are available at short notice, always reachable by phone during office hours, understand the worries you have as a dog owner, and are very sensitive with my Sammy, so he's lost his fear of the examinations. The price is reasonable. The consultation is excellent. Parking is no problem.

I recently took my cat to this veterinary practice and I'm absolutely thrilled. Anyone who owns a cat knows: the trip to the vet is usually a mix of negotiating with a terrorist and an involuntary acupuncture session. However, once I arrived at the practice, the anxiety quickly dissipated. The team is incredibly empathetic and handles the animals so calmly that my little tiger almost forgot he was actually trying to be offended. The examination was thorough, competent, and unhurried.
