Such a wonderful vet and assistants 😻 A thorough examination, and they were happy to answer all our questions. The neutering went smoothly, and so far, they only shaved or trimmed the male cat more than necessary. Just a few hours after the procedure, he was already jumping and playing again. The cats and their owners are overjoyed 😺😽

A truly wonderful team. They helped us so much in saying goodbye to Louis. The practice is brand new and perfectly furnished and equipped.

I can't say much about the quality, but I wanted Diatab tablets for my 17-year-old dog who has diarrhea. They're not allowed to sell me these tablets (even though they're freely available everywhere) without a prior examination. That's petty, if you'll excuse my language... especially since we're customers (albeit not with our dogs)! To me, it's pure profiteering!

We had our Persian cat groomed by Dr. Jaggi and are absolutely thrilled. The grooming experience was a completely new and wonderful experience for both us and our cat. Our cat is very sensitive, and in the past, grooming him at the cat groomer was always extremely stressful. That's why we didn't want to go down that road again. Even an attempt with our previous vet, with whom we'd otherwise had good experiences, was unfortunately a disaster and didn't work at all. Since we have to have our Persian cat groomed every three months, we honestly didn't know what else to do. With Dr. Jaggi, everything was different. She is exceptionally empathetic, calm, and very respectful in her handling of the animal. Our cat was noticeably more relaxed than ever before, and we always felt that his well-being was her top priority. We, as his owners, also felt taken seriously and in good hands. The result is technically outstanding, but above all, the entire process was significantly less stressful for our cat than anything we'd experienced before. We are very grateful for this. We can highly recommend Dr. Jaggi – especially for sensitive cats and owners who value calmness, expertise, and empathy.
