Super!
Our little black and white cat is always very happy with the veterinary practice.
We took a chicken there today for an emergency. She received a professional examination and diagnosis, along with advice on options and chances. Ultimately, we had to let BamBam go. Even that was handled very sensitively and with the utmost care for both the chicken and me. It's wonderful that vets like this still exist!
The practice is very modern and you can usually get an appointment very quickly. Our animals have always been treated well and we always feel well advised.
Highly recommended! Yesterday, Friday, I called at 12:05 PM, AFTER the regular office hours, and someone still answered the phone. Since our rabbit could no longer walk, we were given an appointment immediately. We were told to come at 4:00 PM, but to expect a wait. Our rabbit's condition deteriorated rapidly. It was having difficulty breathing and also had a severe maggot infestation around its rear end. As soon as this was discovered, we were seen immediately. Unfortunately, we had to have him euthanized. The veterinarian, Dr. Meier, and the veterinary assistant, Ms. Atak, were incredibly kind and compassionate. Ms. Atak gently covered his eyes, and Ms. Meier was also present and stayed completely with our rabbit until he passed away peacefully. This loving support during the dying process was beautiful from the patient's perspective, as the animal, its suffering, and the end of its life were the focus. At no point did I feel rushed; instead, I felt genuinely cared for. We've also taken our degus there and were very satisfied. Dear team, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your wonderful work and the pleasant atmosphere. Best regards, The Jost Family
