The veterinary practice was very neat and clean. I took my cat there, and he was very relaxed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The veterinarian identified my cat's problem and made the correct diagnosis. I had previously been to another vet who gave me the wrong diagnosis and charged me almost €200 for it. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I can only report positive experiences. We were an emergency patient, just before closing time, and were treated very kindly and calmly. Even though we weren't patients there before, everything went smoothly and smoothly. Unfortunately, we had to have our cat Henry put to sleep. Delivering the bad news was very calm, relaxed, and the reasons were explained clearly and thoroughly. Although I couldn't immediately agree with the decision and had to get the rest of the family's consent first, there was no pressure, and we were able to say our goodbyes in peace. For us, it was a very pleasant atmosphere and a particularly dignified farewell to our pet. You get the impression that animal and human life are valued equally here, and the euthanasia didn't seem to affect the veterinarian at all. We also want to say a special thank you again for the postcard ❤️ Overall, a highly recommended practice.

We took our cat Willi to the emergency vet last night. We received an exceptionally friendly welcome on the phone and were able to come in immediately, even in the middle of the night. The vet took a great deal of time with us, calmly explaining the x-rays and outlining possible diagnoses. She also discussed the next steps with us in detail. Willi's examination was gentle, careful, and thorough. We are so grateful for your time in the middle of the night and highly recommend your practice! Thank you so much, and we're keeping our fingers crossed for Willi!

We were at the practice again today with a minor emergency. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment at very short notice. As always, the entire team was friendly, we were seen promptly, and treated competently. I can highly recommend this practice.
