The veterinary practice was very neat and clean. I took my cat there, and he was very relaxed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The veterinarian identified my cat's problem and made the correct diagnosis. I had previously been to another vet who gave me the wrong diagnosis and charged me almost €200 for it. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

My friend took my rabbit there. He was given strange looks because my rabbit was dirty and its fur looked odd. It was only superficially examined, and only the bare minimum was done. They didn't notice that it had mites, which even I, as a layperson, could see. Sadly, I then went to my vet in Schweinfurt (where I take my cat), and there, my rabbit was thoroughly and properly examined and treated. It wasn't just looked at askance or given gloves because some people find that disgusting. If I knew why it looked like that, I wouldn't have gone to the vet. As I suspected, mites and a few other things were found, and I take good care of it, describing everything about its life, where it lives, and what it has. Now it's getting the proper care it needs. We took our cat Willi to the emergency vet last night. We received an exceptionally friendly welcome on the phone and were able to come in immediately, even in the middle of the night. The vet took a great deal of time with us, calmly explaining the x-rays and outlining possible diagnoses. She also discussed the next steps with us in detail. Willi's examination was gentle, careful, and thorough. We are so grateful for your time in the middle of the night and highly recommend your practice!
