Reviews
They speak English, mi bunnies are going there. They are always careful and have done already different procedures/op to them. All good, I trust them.
Super
Went there on recommendation of some locals. Very competent vet. The fees are ok I guess (since I never went to a German vet). The only drawback for those without sat nav: there's no signpost at the main thoroughfare. Still highly recommendable.
We recently took our dog to the vet because he had blood in his stool and his overall condition was so poor that we feared the worst. We didn't have an appointment, but we were immediately taken to an examination room. The veterinarian, Dr. Hemmeter, recognized his critical condition right away. He had bleeding in his gastrointestinal tract. She started treatment very quickly. We had a room to ourselves for over seven hours so we could stay with our dog while he received IV fluids and medication. The veterinary assistants came by regularly to check on us and offer words of encouragement. Dr. Hemmeter cared for our dog until he was feeling better and stable enough for us to take him home (even though it was lunchtime and she was off duty!). The veterinarian was incredibly empathetic, calm, and loving with our dog. Everything was explained thoroughly, and she took her time—no stress, no rushing. It's clear that Ms. Hemmeter truly cares about the well-being of animals. She saved our dog's life, and we are incredibly grateful to her for that. Many thanks also to the incredibly friendly, dedicated, and competent veterinary assistants who treat the animals and, of course, their owners with such care and expertise. We are absolutely convinced by this veterinary practice! From the very first moment, we felt completely at ease, received excellent advice, and were treated with the utmost care! You can immediately tell that the animal's well-being is the top priority here, not profit. Highly recommended!
We were treated there as an emergency case with our cat. The entire staff took their time and did everything humanly possible, all in a very warm and respectful manner towards both the animal and us. Dr. Hemmeter was our attending veterinarian. Her expertise and empathy were invaluable in this difficult situation. A few days after the incident, the practice even contacted us by phone to check on our cat. We couldn't have asked for better care. Many thanks again to the entire team!
