We went to the emergency vet last night (at 1:00 AM). Dr. Schiller is a competent and very humane veterinarian. She spent almost an entire hour with our very sick cat at that late hour. We are so grateful to her; her valuable advice allowed us to carefully prepare for the subsequent hospitalization. She treated our cat with such care. In such a difficult time, such wonderful veterinarians are no longer a given, and we should appreciate them. That's why I can't understand these negative comments at all. Dr. Schiller, thank you so much for your help! ❤️‍🩹

We had our two cats neutered by Ms. Schiller. We followed her instructions, and it worked out perfectly. It couldn't have been better or simpler. Furthermore, Ms. Schiller is also available in the evenings, and you can even see her then (after contacting her beforehand), even if it's not an emergency. Other vets are already closed at those times or charge an emergency fee. Ms. Schiller is patient and thorough, and her prices are absolutely fantastic, even for pet owners who can't afford to set aside a lot of money! Waiting times are sometimes long—everywhere—but when my pet needs to see a vet, I'm willing to wait and understand that there are more urgent cases!

I called Dr. Schiller's office in an absolute emergency with my dog. He was suddenly showing alarming symptoms, and I was panicking. Unfortunately, I was refused treatment – ​​on the grounds that I had previously left a negative Google review, which I had even deleted. For me, this was utterly disappointing, both personally and professionally. In an emergency, the animal's well-being should be the priority – not personal feelings. Anyone who needs medical help for their pet should know that empathy and professionalism are crucial in such moments. I hope that other pet owners will do their research beforehand and avoid such experiences. Because every animal has a right to help – even if the owner expresses criticism.

We are very satisfied with Ms. Schiller! Ms. Schiller has been assisting our four-legged friends for a very long time and we always feel well advised and treated!

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Schiller. Our cat Odin had an infected wound, and the veterinarian immediately took the time to examine him carefully and initiate the correct treatment. It's clear that she works with a great deal of experience, a calm demeanor, and a genuine love for animals. Thanks to the excellent care, Odin recovered quickly and was back to his old self in no time. The communication was also outstanding. We were kept fully informed about every step and simply felt well cared for. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Here, the animal's well-being and loving care are their top priorities.
