I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely had to make time for this veterinary practice. I'm incredibly impressed with the practice and the entire team. I've been taking my cat Amiya there for about six months now, and I have nothing but good things to say. Just last week, I had to take Amiya there because she vomited up a small roundworm along with some blood. Since I'm not mobile and rely on someone to drive me, I asked the day before if I could come at a specific time the next day. They arranged it immediately. Generally, you can get appointments quickly and easily here, without having to wait forever. The longest I've ever had to wait was at most five minutes. Their time management is truly excellent. And even if I did have to wait longer, it wouldn't bother me. The practice is incredibly caring, and you can tell in every situation. I especially appreciate the separate examination rooms for dogs and cats. It reduces stress for the animals. Having experienced a veterinary hospital before, I really value this. These separate examination rooms for dogs and cats are fantastic. One experience made this particularly clear to me: I'm an incredibly sensitive person. When Amiya isn't feeling well, I suffer terribly and often cry. My worry and tension naturally transfer to her, no matter how much I try to avoid it. The week before last, I went to an animal hospital because of her heavy, unexplained panting. I was so scared that I hoped they could do a heart ultrasound right away. Only there did I learn that a separate appointment was necessary. I was crying the whole way there. At the animal hospital, I then waited for two hours and couldn't calm down at all. Since I had come without an appointment, that was understandable, of course. Even on the way there, I noticed that Amiya kept meowing and seemed just as tense as I felt. When I went to the clinic last week, everything was different. Of course, I was worried; after all, it's about a beloved pet. Nevertheless, I felt safe from the very beginning. I didn't shed a single tear before the appointment, during the car ride, or even during the treatment. And the most amazing thing: Amiya didn't meow once in the car. For me, that was the best proof of how much our tension can transfer to our animals. After the appointment, I drove home feeling incredibly happy and relaxed because I realized: I feel comfortable here. I feel safe here. I can simply be myself. The entire team takes their time, is incredibly empathetic, and answers every question patiently. I still remember Amiya's spaying earlier this year. I cried my eyes out back then. I'm usually ashamed of that, but there I didn't have to. They not only lovingly care for the animals but also for their owners. Even if questions or uncertainties arise after an appointment, you can always call. That's exactly what I did yesterday, and they patiently helped me. As a highly sensitive person who lives with many fears and insecurities, I can honestly say: For me, this is the best veterinary practice I can imagine. You can feel how much passion the entire team puts into their work. I feel comfortable here. I feel safe here.

I wholeheartedly agree with Ms. Lawaldt! Our experience has been the same positive. Always focused on the animals' well-being, always friendly, competent, and approachable. Many thanks to the team at the Animal Health Center. I certainly didn't have a typical request and was there for the first time, specifically to inquire about an appointment for euthanasia at home. Despite this, I received immediate, competent, accommodating, and incredibly kind and compassionate help. The veterinarian took a great deal of time, requested and re-evaluated all the test results, and even went to my usual veterinary practice to get the results more quickly. This kind of service is anything but a given. The vet and her assistant were exactly the right people for my dog ​​during this difficult time—super professional, yet also compassionate, calm, and empathetic. I am deeply grateful and couldn't have wished for anything better. The practice is still very new and clean. During both of my visits, it was peaceful, with no sign of rush. Everyone took their time. I've never experienced anything like this before, unfortunately. If I regret anything, it's only that I didn't come here much sooner. Based on this experience, I can absolutely recommend the center; it would be my clear first choice in the future. Thanks to everyone on the team I worked with!

The animal health center is truly excellent. The team there is fantastic and provides outstanding care. The new building is spotlessly clean and modern. I especially appreciate the veterinarian. You simply feel well looked after there.
