Very nice and professional service. My dog had a problem with his nail, veterinarian has checked him and solved it even if we didn't had an appointment. Very thankful! I am a foreign citizen and I recommend this veterinary ambulance. :)

A highly competent team. The first veterinarian I've found who is genuinely interested in the causes of the (sometimes complex) problems. The risks and rationale of each treatment are explained, treatment options are clearly communicated, and the fees are fair. I feel very well cared for.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely recommended – fantastic care for our dog! We were on vacation in the Stubai Valley when our Labrador Retriever badly injured a claw while hiking. It was impossible to reach a veterinarian in the area at short notice – either no response, only email forms, or automated redirects. By chance, we then came across the Innsbruck Animal Health Center of Dr. Markus Egger online – and simply drove there on a whim. Despite the practice being full, he saw us immediately and without hesitation. We were truly speechless with gratitude: Dr. Egger treated our dog with so much heart, calm, and expertise – and his assistant was also incredibly warm, empathetic, and professional. We have never experienced such a caring veterinary practice. Of course, we wouldn't simply switch our veterinarian in Cologne, with whom we are also very happy. But: If we had been looking for a vet in Tyrol, we would have chosen Dr. Egger without hesitation. It was a real stroke of luck. So, if you're in Tyrol or South Tyrol and need help for your pet – go see Dr. Egger in Innsbruck! Even if it's a 50 or 70-kilometer drive, it's absolutely worth it. We were on vacation and our dog wasn't feeling well. Despite the clinic being full, they took us in. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and then absolutely wonderful in person, giving us a thorough examination and providing excellent care. Thank you so much!!!!! Missy.
