We cannot thank the Krafzel Veterinary Clinic – especially Ms. Omlor and her team – enough. Our cat Bryan, who suffers from chronic kidney failure, arrived at the clinic in a life-threatening condition: foaming at the mouth, barely responsive. From day one, everything possible was done without hesitation to stabilize him: multiple blood tests, close monitoring, and decisions made with considerable experience and sound judgment. We expected the worst and hoped at the same time – and that's exactly how the clinic acted: professionally, empathetically, and sparing no effort. Bryan is now stable, much more lively, and completely different from how he was before. We received clear, practical instructions for home care (subcutaneous infusions/fluids, appetite-stimulating medication, switching to a kidney-friendly diet). Out of consideration for other animals, patience was required; "quick fixes" weren't possible here. Animal husbandry takes time, which we made, even with numerous unpaid workdays. Especially at the beginning, I was close to tears every day – today I'm simply grateful that he made it. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Omlor and the entire team. Highly recommended!
