In emergencies, they always squeeze you in, and the veterinarians in Reichenberg are often on call on weekends/emergency days. We feel very well cared for there.

A very good veterinary clinic with excellent advice and quick help in emergencies. The clinic's outstanding work and many years of experience make it a well-known clinic for the care of all types of animals. The staff is very caring towards elderly patients and explains everything in detail, including what to do during operations and how to administer medication and care for the wound afterward. I am happy to have such experienced veterinarians there and highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for your help.

"I am extremely disappointed and angry about the treatment my cat received at this practice. My 8-month-old pet was put under anesthesia multiple times in a very short period, without the actual problem being properly identified or resolved. During the first visit, a prolapse was simply stitched up (purse-wall suture) without investigating the cause. Just two days later, it turned out that there was a severe blockage (X-ray) – the stitches had to be reopened and an enema administered. In my opinion, this should have been detected from the beginning (X-ray). Three days later, the same situation occurred again: another prolapse, another anesthetic, and the exact same treatment. Shortly afterward, she had problems defecating again. When I inquired about it, I was seriously told to administer an enema myself. Now the prolapse is back – and suddenly they're saying she needs major surgery. I find this completely incomprehensible, and it seems as though the previous treatments were not well thought out." Three days later, the same thing happened: another prolapse, another anesthetic, and the exact same treatment. My pet had to undergo multiple unnecessary anesthetics, continued to be in pain, and each time the problem was only temporarily patched up instead of properly treated. This is not what I consider responsible veterinary care. In my opinion, it's profiteering at the expense of animals! After this experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
