Dr. Birnzain delivers on all the promises made on her website. I came to her based on a personal recommendation. Dr. Birnzain approaches the animal calmly and openly, speaking to it in a way that is truly wonderful. She is a doctor with composure, competence, and great empathy. She explained everything thoroughly. There were no waiting times at the practice, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. You feel completely well cared for and advised. The support provided to my pet after the surgery by the staff was also very thoughtful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this doctor. After having "tried out" several other doctors, there is no one better than Dr. Birnzain! She deserves top marks in every respect.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the many positive reviews regarding the treatment of patients and their owners. I cannot comment on the treatment itself, as it will never come to that. Dr. Birnzain herself answered the phone, but clearly had little interest in speaking with me. She was extremely reluctant and refused to provide any information over the phone about the costs for dental x-rays including anesthesia. We are very experienced with veterinarians and therefore know very well that it is impossible to accurately estimate costs beforehand. However, it should certainly be possible to tell us whether we are looking at costs in the thousands or still under €500 if the cat is anesthetized and x-rayed. Furthermore, only after her reluctant "answers" did she mention that her practice would be closed for the next few weeks/months anyway. If I had received that information right at the beginning, I could have saved myself the phone call. Incidentally, the colleague from another practice was actually able to give me a price range during our first phone call, which is what we'd be looking at – without any follow-up treatment. See? It can be done!

Dr. Birnzain is, in my opinion, a truly wonderful veterinarian with very kind assistants. I brought one of my dogs to her with a dental emergency. Upon arrival, my dog ​​was allowed to explore the practice to get used to the surroundings. Dr. Birnzain did a fantastic job during the surgery, and despite the difficult fracture, the teeth were saved! Many thanks to her and her empathetic assistant! I highly recommend her. The long trip was definitely worth it for me and my dog! :-)

A super-loving and friendly team! Dr. Birnzain helped me with my guinea pig (I came in as an absolute emergency) super quickly, with all her expertise, competence, and wonderful love for animals, and she provided me with intensive care and support as the owner. I can only recommend this wonderful practice and the care it provides to every pet owner, and strongly encourage them to visit this specialist practice if their beloved pet has any dental problems. This area requires true dental expertise! Highly recommended!

About five years ago, I had my dog ​​undergone treatment. My dog ​​(a German Shepherd) was traumatized by this treatment. It's unbelievable how incompetent the doctor was in establishing a single venous access. Not only that, but she also tried to establish a second one. I had to suggest giving the dog an intravenous injection to calm them down. There were other incidents, which I don't want to list, as it would go beyond the scope. I won't judge immediately because of misconduct. But today she took the cake: I needed the X-rays from back then and reached her on my mobile because of a call forwarding. She told me she no longer had the images, even though she didn't even know when I was in. NO, I don't have them anymore. Her partner then got involved. Furthermore, I thought the treatment back then was very overpriced. They were both very rude and full of themselves, just like back then.
