Vetalie Tierarztpraxis in Heinsberg

Top Service

Very good clinic! Friendly and professional staff, would recommend to everyone. 👏

HIGHLY recommend Vetalie!! My dog is afraid of vet visits due to past experiences in other locations, but Dr. Verena & the staff were so understanding. They gave my dog space, kindness, and excellent care. They thoroughly reviewed his records, kept me involved in the process, and ensured we were able to pay at the counter without other people/pets around so my dog could feel comfortable. This level of compassion & dedication to customers & pets is hard to find. I will continue going to Vetalie for all of my dog’s vet needs. Thank you all so much!

We visited many veterinarians and clinics before coming here, and for the first time, we feel truly understood and in excellent hands. Our 16-year-old dog is doing much better thanks to the empathetic and professional care of the entire team. We've gained valuable time, which means a great deal to us. All the staff members are warm, patient, and competent. The practice is modern, well-designed, and offers separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. Even though we know we face a difficult decision, we are incredibly grateful to be supported by this wonderful team right now. We feel supported, taken seriously, and cared for. Thank you to the entire team for your care, compassion, and hard work.

I’ve been to a few vets around Heinsberg. And I have to say, wow! 🤩 The love and care they put into your pets is unbelievable. Lovely team. Lovely experience.
