Reviews
A great team of vets. Competent and friendly. Everyone is always incredibly helpful. Top praxis
This was our first time using this practice. Despite it being a Saturday and an emergency service, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The veterinarian was very empathetic, friendly, and competent; a miniature sheep needed treatment. A week later, also on the weekend, another sheep had problems, suspected of having bluetongue disease. The veterinarian from the same team who came to us was, like the veterinarian, very empathetic, friendly, and competent. The ladies on the phone were just as helpful as the vets. The sheep were treated very gently and calmly, without causing any stress. I completely understand that the initial treatment has to be paid for immediately, as no one works for free. I can recommend this team with a clear conscience. Unfortunately, they only treat large animals; otherwise, I would take my other pets, dogs and cats, there immediately. Dear practice team, please keep up the good work and continue to make us pet owners happy.
A level of incompetence paid for dearly. Our horse was treated for sweet itch for two years... with cortisone and expensive lotions... After two years without a tail or mane, with bloody sores on his withers, croup, belly, and sheath, and after blanketing him throughout the summer proved ineffective, he was finally tested for ringworm at our insistence. Two weeks after the ringworm vaccination, our horse was symptom-free. Not a word of apology for two years of suffering. This is what you call either a career in the wrong field or simply greed.
Excellent and professional help with our sheep. Always ready to help, even on Sundays. Good prices and honest advice, even when there's no good news.
We have nothing but positive things to say about this fantastic practice. If we could, we'd give it 10 stars. Our 4-year-old Shetland pony developed such severe colic within just a few hours that we were worried about what to do. The vet arrived within 20 minutes on a Sunday evening and took care of our little patient. We couldn't imagine a better practice. Müller/Baalmann
