My dog ​​Flash and I would like to give this veterinary practice five stars from the bottom of our hearts. The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional, and we felt very well cared for from the very beginning. My dog ​​is usually terrified of vet visits, but Adriana Munteanu's empathetic and expert manner really calmed him down and ensured he received excellent care. She is so loving. We are simply incredibly grateful for such competence and warmth and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

It used to be really good, and we always felt very well cared for. Unfortunately, we increasingly get the feeling that the personal attention has declined since the move. This practice no longer stands out from most others due to its exceptional care or service. While the range of diagnostics, thanks to modern equipment, certainly differs in some aspects from other practices, the exceptional personal attention is sadly no longer what it used to be. Therefore, instead of five stars, only three.

Costly Misjudgments and Lack of Emergency Help "I am extremely disappointed with the treatment. My dog ​​was in critical condition: paralysis in his paw, a painful hunchback, circulatory problems, and a complete refusal of food and water. At the clinic, he was only superficially examined and immediately referred to a cardiologist 70 km away for €130. The cardiologist determined, for an additional €230, that the heart was NOT the cause of the paralysis and the dog's condition. He urgently sent us back to the original clinic, as he couldn't rule out a life-threatening situation. However, when we called, we were simply referred to a hospital instead of being treated as an emergency. €360 for nothing but stress for a suffering animal. The rescue came in the form of another veterinarian: she saw the dog walk for only a few seconds and immediately recognized a pinched cervical vertebra. A simple test of head mobility confirmed this. After a treatment costing only €50 (injection)..." (and tablets) my dog ​​is eating and drinking again, and the paralysis is improving. It's incomprehensible why a dog with these symptoms wasn't first tested for simple orthopedic/neurological causes before being sent on expensive and lengthy journeys.

We visited the practice for the first time – as an emergency. Our 17-year-old cat, a real pirate, had been declining in health over the past few weeks due to her age, and her overall condition deteriorated significantly within just a few days. She was clearly in pain. After a phone call, we were able to come in immediately. We received a warm welcome and didn't have to wait long. After a thorough examination, it was clear: She was beyond saving, her blood work was poor, and she was clearly suffering. With heavy hearts, we had to let her go. Ms. Krähling and her team supported us with great empathy and professionalism. Every step was explained calmly and clearly, and our little one was treated with great care. We were especially touched by the lovely obituary letter with forget-me-not seeds that we found in our mailbox today – a gesture that deeply moved us. Taking the time to do that is truly remarkable! You are the best veterinary practice I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Thank you so much for this exceptional support during these difficult times.

I went there with my cat today for the first time. The practice is fantastic, with separate rooms for cats and dogs. The doctor and her assistants were super friendly. They took their time, explained everything thoroughly, and I felt like they weren't pushing anything unnecessary on me. I highly recommend the practice.
