A very empathetic and competent doctor. She takes her time, listens to everything, and addresses every statement/question. I am very satisfied.

We wanted to go there because our cat is in pain and isn't eating, so not just for fun. But unfortunately, they're not taking any new customers (???) and told us to try all the other places (which, by the way, we already have). Absolutely the worst.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the consistently prompt and compassionate care we received for our beloved dog Micky, who lived to be 15.5 years old. Ms. Frauwallner and Ms. Caro were always competent, calm, and lovingly by our side – especially during Micky's farewell. We felt completely at ease, both professionally and personally. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Frauwallner and her wonderful assistant, Ms. Caro. Although the practice is fully booked and officially unable to accept any new patients, they took in our two cats twice without exception – and even outside of regular office hours. This alone demonstrates a humanity and dedication that is anything but commonplace these days. What truly makes this veterinary practice exceptional, however, is the time and care they dedicate to each animal. They don't rush through appointments, but rather work with incredible patience, empathy, and expertise. The atmosphere in the examination room is calm and stress-free – something that is invaluable, especially for animals. After each examination, everything is explained in great detail, clearly, and transparently. You not only feel you are receiving the best medical care, but also completely supported on a personal level. Every question is taken seriously, every concern respected. The helpfulness, warmth, and professionalism of this practice are truly extraordinary. Finding a veterinary practice of this caliber is rare – we wholeheartedly recommend it.
