When we call outside of office hours, Dr. Janssen is always friendly and helpful. This is what makes going to the vet a pleasure. The whole team is perfect for us.

Hello, I would like to sincerely thank the veterinary practice. We were there on Friday, November 14th, 2025, with our dog (we were on vacation). We received a very friendly welcome because she was having great difficulty breathing and coughing heavily. Mr. Janßen helped her a lot and diagnosed her with laryngitis. Thanks to the wonderful team and the excellent veterinarian Janssen, our 14-year-old cat managed to recover and escape death. I've been coming here for almost 20 years now and am always extremely satisfied.

My dearest cat was taken from me on May 2nd at this veterinary clinic. 😭😭😭 At the emergency clinic, my beloved cat was put under anesthesia for a urethral obstruction, and his bladder was emptied with a catheter. When I got home, he was still asleep, then a short meow, and he stopped breathing. ... In hindsight, I thought that normally an animal that hasn't woken up from anesthesia stays under observation at the vet's office...💔 The first thing they said on the phone before the procedure was...it's an emergency service...it's Saturday...it will cost at least 200 euros... I would give ANYTHING for my British Shorthair cat...😔 I will never go to that heartless, cold practice again...😔💔🐈‍⬛🌈🤍🪽 It makes me angry and sad at the same time...😭 I'd much rather go to the animal clinic in Oldenburg...they are very warm and loving to ALL ANIMALS...🩷 There are some things the vets in East Frisia are lacking...I wish I had gone somewhere else...then our darling Finnley would still be alive today. life..😭😭😭🐈‍⬛🤍🪽💔
